A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Full payment is due at the start of each session.

Your privacy is paramount. No personal information will be shared with third parties. Recording devices are prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
05Health & Safety
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your session. Sessions will not proceed if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
06Limitation of Liability
You participate in all activities at your own risk. By booking a session, you acknowledge the inherent risks of BDSM activities and release Mistress Hela from liability for any injuries that may occur.
